Over the years JEB Construction has developed close links with many local architects, structural engineers, local authority planning and building control departments, and quality local and specialist trades people, all of whom we work closely with on a day to day basis.

Our customers often find the design and planning phases of a building project difficult to manage alongside family and work life. JEB Construction is always happy to deal directly with architects, engineers and local authorities this allows us to bring our knowledge & experience of building to bear throughout the course of a project.

Once a project design has been discussed and approved by the customer we are more than happy to take over all project management duties including contact with the local authorities, architects and engineers, dealing with matters such as the filing of building regulation specifications, building notice, party wall notifications, on site inspections and meetings and any other elements which are required to ensure that the build goes forward smoothly. We always keep our customers regularly updated as to progress on site and are happy to discuss and advise upon any design changes or amendments should the need arise.

Through close contact with all the parties involved in a project we are able to ensure that we meet our customers requirements and through careful design, attention to detail and high quality workmanship we have developed a business with an enviable reputation for honesty, reliability and professionalism.
